Sam Hudzik

Reporter, Politics

As WBEZ-Chicago Public Radio's political reporter, Sam covers local, state and federal government and elections.
 
Sam previously worked as news desk editor and producer at WBEZ. Prior to that, he covered Congress, the Supreme Court and federal agencies from Washington, D.C. for several public radio stations in the Midwest.
 
Prior to joining Chicago Public Radio, Sam worked at a political research firm, and as an aide to U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell of Washington state.
 
Sam has a B.A. in political communication from George Washington University. He grew up in south suburban Park Forest. He now lives in Chicago with his wife, Beth.
