Accidents of timing figure prominently in both stories this week, from the fortunate to the disastrous, by authors Kevin Brockmeier and Lily Tuck.
Andrew White reads author Kevin Brockmeier's "Small Degrees," a lyrical tale about a man obsessed with designing a new type of font, and the consequences of his single-minded pursuit.

Both stories were directed by Edward Sobel and originally presented in the 2005 live performance entitled "Synchronicity," at the Museum of Contemporary Art.
