NOTES ON THE DATA:

  • All numbers displayed are provisional and subject to change.

  • COVID-19 case counts are cumulative, which means they include people who have died and those who have recovered. ZIP code is based on the residence of a patient, not the location of exposure.

  • The vaccination counts include Chicago residents only; ZIP code is based on the residence of a patient, not where the vaccination was given. This data is collected by the Chicago Department of Public Health from I-CARE, the state’s vaccine tracking system.

  • Data does not include vaccines administered in Chicago to people who live outside the city; that can be found here.
