Mary Dixon spent most of the last 25 years waking up with Chicagoans as the morning news anchor and co-host on 93XRT. She was a teenaged DJ in her hometown of Dixon, IL and while studying at NIU in DeKalb before earning an MA in Public Affairs Reporting at the University of Illinois – Springfield. She was a reporter for XRT, WGN-TV, and CNN’s Chicago bureau.
Mary lives in Evanston with her husband, Mark, and their two daughters. No matter how many times she tries on the Sorting Hat, she is Hufflepuff AF.
