That’s how a new investigation from the Better Government Association and Chicago Magazine describes Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. The investigation details how construction projects meant to improve the airport have been plagued by missed deadlines and political corruption for decades.

BGA investigative reporter Alejandra Cancino talked with WBEZ’s Melba Lara.
