Employers from Disney and Google to the federal government are adopting get-tough policies and vaccine mandates as the Delta variant continues to drive up COVID cases in the U.S. New rules for the workplace are a response to a pandemic that is again getting worse, but they’re also sparking confusion for some employees about what their rights are.
