Margaret Pak previews Thattu brick-and-mortar at Monday Night Foodball

Monday Night Foodball is the Chicago Reader’s weekly chef pop-up, now hosted at Ludlow Liquors in Chicago’s Avondale neighborhood. Next week, Margaret Pak will whip up some south Indian cuisine to preview her forthcoming brick-and-mortar restaurant Thattu.

Reset gets a preview of next week’s Foodball.
