Reset Lost & Found: Where can I take martial arts classes on the South Side?

We found one studio in South Shore that’s been teaching self defense for 43 years.

Whit was struggling to find martial arts classes in his neck of the woods, so we assigned a producer to help the WBEZ listener locate a South Side studio that taught self defense.

Along the way, Reset learns about the health benefits of a martial arts practice and the community cultivated in one South Shore dojo that’s been around for more than four decades.
